END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")
This End User License Agreement applies beginning 1st September 2023
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE QT APP ("the App"). BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE APP.
1. Grant of License:
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, QTies Technology Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
2. Prohibited Uses:
You shall not:
a) Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or commercial purposes;
b) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part thereof;
c) Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or technological measures of the App;
d) Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation;
e) Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or rights of third parties while using the App.
3. Intellectual Property:
The App and its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, texts, images, and software, are the intellectual property of QTies Technology Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You shall not use, reproduce or distribute any of the App's content without our prior written consent.
4. Privacy:
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
5. User Content:
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share on the App. You must not submit any content that violates any applicable laws or infringes on the rights of any third party.
6. Termination:
This EULA is effective until terminated. QTies Technology Limited may terminate this EULA immediately without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies of the App in your possession or control.
7. No Warranty:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QTies Technology Limited DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL QTies Technology Limited BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APP.
9. Modifications to the App and EULA:
QTies Technology Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update this EULA from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to this EULA constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing Law:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
